Damage Claims: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include a description of the issue and photo evidence when emailing support@vertiana.com.

Lost and Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages left outside in extreme weather or stolen after delivery.

Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to delivery issues, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. Vertiana does not cover postal fees for returned packages.
